MANAGEMENT                                                                                                                                                                      
Ian Clark formed 3 Peaks in 1995 out of necessity for internal IT requirements for a national distribution company of automation products that he owned.  Between 1995-2000 3 Peaks supported and coordinated the IT systems for this firm during years of fast growth, as well as for other local firms in Southern Ontario. 

In February 2000 the ownership of this firm was sold.  Since then Ian has worked full-time growing 3 Peaks to be a strong provider of "Business Solutions".  For over 20 years Ian has been applying his business and technical skills to businesses, that started when he graduated  from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in 1984 in Electrical Engineering.  Ian applies a strong mix of both business and IT skills sets when developing solutions for your company, which makes 3 Peaks unique within the IT industry.

Paul Deane joined 3 Peaks in 1996 after graduating from Mohawk College's computer program.  Shortly after that we realized his special talents, and in 2000 he became a full partner and Technical Director.  His superior technical skills and education in the IT industry have been essential to the firm's growth and success.  Paul oversees all technical aspects of the company including 24x7 support, customer training, and project management.

We shall continuously examine each and every business process performed in order to provide greater customer satisfaction, eliminating waste; and finally, monitoring the processes to ensure continuous improvement.

At the same time, we will be conscientious of the importance of safeguarding both our natural resources and our environmental heritage by integrating the "4R's" - reduce, reuse, recycle, and recovery in our business.

We are conveniently located in the west end of Burlington, just off the 403, on 172 Plains Rd. E., on the south side, just 45 minutes west of Toronto.  From Hamilton, exit off the 403 at Waterdown Rd., and turn right onto Waterdown Rd (south)., then left at the first light onto Plains Rd.  We're about 1/2 mile down on your right.  From Toronto, exit the QEW at Brant St., and turn left (south) onto Brant St., then turn right onto Plains Rd. E.  We're a few miles down on your left, about 2 miles past Ikea and all of the shopping malls  If you pass a Wendy's you've gone too far.  Our facilities include our corporate offices, along with training, demo and meeting rooms.  Drop by today and see the latest products IBM, Microsoft & Xerox have to offer.

HISTORY                                                                                                                                                                             
1995-1999 - 3 Peaks becomes authorized for IBM & HP products and offers systems to local businesses in the Oakville to Hamilton area
1999 - 3 Peaks moves to Burlington and opens up a new office at Walkers Line & QEW with room for expansion
2000 - Ian Clark joins 3 Peaks full-time and becomes a "Microsoft Certified Partner"
2002 - Xerox authorizes 3 Peaks as a Peak reseller for their office printing B&W and colour printers
2003 - 3 Peaks extends its services to clients with multiple locations across North America
2003 - Certified for Microsoft Business Solutions CRM product (contact management)
2003 - IBM authorizes 3 Peaks for their software products
2004 - Xerox authorizes 3 Peaks as an ASP (Authorized Service Provider) for local printer repair & service
2004 - 3 Peaks triples sales & staff, while offering a full suite of services from infrastructure to business solutions to internet
2004 - Purchase hosting business to add to our full line of hosting services
2004 - Establish sales office in Clarksburg to cover the Owen Sound/Collingwood/Barrie regions
2005 - Authorized for Xerox's line of Multi-function printer and photocopiers
2005 - New office building is purchased on 172 Plains Rd. E.
2006 - 3 Peaks obtains "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner" status and "Microsoft Small Business Specialist" certifications

OUR COMMUNITY                                                                                                                                                              
We are committed to being a strong partner within our community.  Every year the "Week of the Child & Youth" association in Hamilton presents a week long event to support children in the community.  3 Peaks is proud to be the website developer and hosting company for their site,
www.wocyhamilton.com.  Our services are provided by our support team for no charge as part of our contribution to the community. 

Every year, BC Decker in Hamilton hosts an International Tennis Federation's tournament at the Hamilton Tennis Club. 
3 Peaks is the provider of the infrastructure and IT support services that are required to host this event.   Women from all over the world come to Hamilton to compete.
